As the IC fab industry extends Moore’s law and planar manufacturing to create 3D ICs for advanced nodes, more innovative CMP process steps are needed to form both transistors and on-chip interconnects. The Supplier Excellence Award recognizes Dow Electronic Materials’ success in supporting TSMC’s ongoing need for leading-edge CMP materials and process development.
